What’s in Each Class?

A breakdown of what to expect in every discipline we offer.

MMA

Structured around the fundamentals of competition MMA — footwork, striking combinations, takedown defense, and positional work. Beginner classes focus on form; advanced classes add live drilling and sparring.

Muay Thai

Heavy bag and pad work, combination drills, clinch technique, and controlled sparring. Classes are organized by level so you’re never thrown in the deep end before you’re ready.

BJJ & Grappling

Positional drilling, technique instruction, and live rolling. Fundamentals classes cover core positions and submissions. All-levels and advanced classes add competition-focused training.

Kids BJJ (Ages 5–12)

Structured curriculum that builds confidence, discipline, and coordination alongside real BJJ technique. Taught by Achilles Guerreiro Monday through Friday.

Kids Muay Thai (Ages 5–12)

Striking fundamentals in a safe, structured environment. Taught by Coach Zach on Fridays and Saturdays. Beginner-friendly with age-appropriate pacing.

New to Combat Sports?

Everyone Starts Somewhere.

We run intro classes specifically for beginners — no prior experience, no gear required. Your first class is free. Show up, meet the coaches, try a discipline that interests you, and see if it clicks. No pressure, no contract.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Athletic shoes (or bare feet on the mat)
